Top 5 Car Hire Questions you ask us

Q: I have received an email stating my details have changed and I have noticed you have altered my drop of date, why?

A: Rentals that are booked for 5 or 6 days are automatically altered to 7 days. This is because when we purchase days, 1 week actually works out cheaper than 1 day x 5 or 6. So we round the days up to 7 to keep the prices as keen as possible. The same principle can be given to rentals of 13 and 14 days and even 19 and 20 days. You are not charged extra for his and can return the vehicle on your?preferred?date without consequence.

Q: How do I collect my voucher?

A: Once your voucher is ready we send you an email that links to the customer login page.

loginSimply, enter your email address, the password you selected at the time of rental (also found on your confirmation email) and enter the 4 digit?verification?code found next to the box (in the above image it is 6676). You will then be transferred to the customer area, click on the collect voucher button and print of your documents.
