Sixt Rent A Car Add’s Additional Shuttle Service To Handle Demand

As I’m sure you all know by now almost 8 years ago we pioneered the first user  generated reviews within the car rental industry, many have copied our system since and I’m pretty sure companies will continue.

Our customer reviews are available on our website via the results section (where the prices are displayed) or via our stand alone reviews page found here Car Hire USA reviews and are used by our customer as a guide to the general service they will receive from a supplier.

However there is another side to our review service, that plays an important part for usrentacar.co.uk to champion your concerns.

In late September of this year we introduced a new supplier called Sixt Rent A Car, the German based car rental supplier is massive within Europe and North America is a natural next step for them. Sixt have an excellent reputation for customer services and providing a great range of makes and models.

Being new to the market Sixt rely upon our reviews to let them know where they are going right and more importantly where they maybe failing, which brings us to a great case.

I noted a few reviews from customers stating that the pick up service from Orlando International Airport was taking between 15-20 mins, for us this isn’t fast enough so we pointed out these reviews and asked for Sixt’s comments.

Sixt told me they would investigate and get back to me. A week and half later I received this very positive response.

Regarding the reviews about the shuttle bus service at Orlando, the branch manager takes this very seriously and has confirmed that they have added an additional bus to the circuit, this was implemented last week. This has reduced the average wait time to a much healthier 5-10 min, from collection to the vehicle.

Not only had they put a additional bus service but they also add this.

To help speed customers collection further we have put in to place the following -

Upon arrival to MCO please make you way to Level 1 (Ground Transportation). Please use the courtesy phone located in Baggage Claim and Ground Transportation and Dial extension 495 for a courtesy pick up. If arriving in Terminal A our pick up locations are bus stops A11-A13 and A33-A35. If arriving in Terminal B our pick up locations are bus stops B11-B13 and B35-B37.

I think you’ll agree this is excellent and speedy reaction to something our customers were unhappy about. So a round of applause for Sixt, please keep up the good work and as for you guys, keep the reviews coming our suppliers genuinely do react to them.
