The U.S. Rent A Car allocated product is very similar to being allocated on arrival for your hotel or villa, the difference being you will know the supplier once the voucher is released usually 72 working hours after the booking is made.
How do we do it?

What we will do

- To allocate you a major supplier (Alamo, Budget or Dollar)
- Regardless of the supplier we allocate to you, your price will not change (unless you alter your booking).
- The terms of the rental will not change, for instance if we advertise that the vehicle has a free additional driver in the fully inclusive then this will apply.

the allocated deal isnt very good.
for my dates most cars are only a pound cheaper and the suv i have booked with you through alamo is 24 pounds dearer!!

@Keith – Hi Keith, We can quote you for 2010, at present I think it’s just Alamo who have confirmed prices. I’m waiting for signatures from Dollar and Budget, hopefully should have those by the end of next week.

I hired a car supplied by you thru Budget carhire and found the experience terrible.I have tried to complain to them but they are not interested and I would like your help as a duty of care

Firstly please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you’ve encountered. I would advise contacting our customer services team via email at customercare@usrentacar.co.uk. Please supply your usrentacar booking ref number, your rental agreement number and a description of your issue.
